How are my products delivered?

Sensible Technology Ltd offers FREE Delivery on all orders placed via our website to your front door or a safe place, no signature will be taken. Our team will abide by the strict social distancing requirements in place and adhere to hygiene guidelines that have been issued by the States of Guernsey

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We offer same-day delivery for in-stock items placed before 12:00 am Monday – Friday and next day delivery for items ordered outside of these hours. Any out of stock items will be delivered in approximately 5-7 days

We currently only ship to Guernsey Channel Islands

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account is not essential as you can complete an order as a guest without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference. To speed up any future orders you can create an account which allows you to save your address details
